I've been trying to resolve an issue with defective jewelry since early November 2020. It's January 29th 2021 and my issue isn't resolved as of yet.
I called today to check on the issue and I was accused of not being able to express myself clearly and of stealing from a very rude customer service representative. This disrespectful agent took my through a range of emotions that I had no idea I could ever experience from from a company that I spend my hard earned money with. She inappropriately laughed, kept me on hold for over 45 minutes and eventually hung up on me. I will never and I mean never do business with this company as long as I'm still breathing.
I am thankful that my credit account is at zero because I could never send them my money ever again. I'd just like to get my refund for the defective wedding bands I purchased and caused my spouse to get a rash and needed to see a Dr.
for treatment. I'm actually thinking about litigation at this point.
